In the workflow editor, you can mark any guest of an Event or Meeting as important. Here’s how that will change things.
Step will go to “failing” state if important guest declines
If any of the guests marked important declines the calendar invite, Introist will mark the step as “failing”. You can use this to monitor declines for key events.
